  • STEP 01

    Document Screening

    We evaluate whether applicants possess the relevant experience and skills for the position being hired.

    Interview Process

    We assess practical skills and job expertise through interviews conducted by field interviewers for the hiring position.
    We comprehensively evaluate basic personality and organizational fit.

    Probation/Trial Evaluation
